Harini joined the organization in 2012 with the commitment to help the kids who are in need and make a difference in each child’s life. She oversees all organizational activities, including business planning, operations, organizing events, payroll, budgeting and reporting.
Resourceful, humane and armed with an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing, Harini has experience working as a HR professional as well as an Outbound Trainer for managers. She has a passion for teaching and mentoring management students that motivated her to pursue her Ph.D., in educational psychology. Harini also has experience in managing Corporate Social Responsibility activities of two major companies in India.
She follows a simple rule that helps her excel at her job – treat people right. Outside of the office, her two main hobbies include painting and dancing. She values her family that has been highly supportive of all her endeavors.
